
Standard Delivery applies to zones A and B. For Zone C which includes the postcodes PA, PH, AB, IV AND KW there will be an additional surcharge (please contact us on 0844 209 6823 or at helpdesk@paddockfarm.co.uk for information or queries relating to additional delivery charges).
Although delivery times can be much faster, please allow 2-3 days for delivery. Please do not make any arrangments to have work done with parts or equipment you have ordered from Paddock Farm until it has arrived as their may be delays that are sometimes beyond out control.
Once an order has been placed, Paddock Farm will ship your goods the next working day providing they are in stock and payment is confirmed prior.
Products not available to order online
Please note that where an "Add to cart" button is not available, this specific product is not available to purchase online. This may be due to its size, weight or fragile nature; you should call us on 0844 209 6823 for clarification or to make arrangements for ordering.
Collecting your order from our store
You are welcome to collect any order placed online from our store at Dalton Gates, West Lane, Darlington, Durham, DL2 2PT. This is a free service and any shipping costs paid as part of your order will be refunded upon pickup via the method they were made.

How your order will be shipped
Dependant on the size of your completed shipment, it may be sent via a courier, Royal Mail or delivered by Paddock Farm personnel. Your order will be updated with this information by a member of our helpdesk so you can see how your order progresses.

Tracking your order
You will receive an email automatically from our ordering system to confirm your order, and another email will follow as soon as dispatch information has been added to your account. If sent via courier, this will contain a link and tracking code that you can use to track your order.
If goods are not received within 21 days, contact us on 0844 209 6823 and we will offer you alternative products to the same value or a full refund.
Damages caused in transit
Your order will leave us in a perfect condition, carefully packaged and black wrapped. Please note that it is TNT's policy to have the receiver (you) sign for items received in good order, so we advise you to exercise care when signing for packages to check for any damage. You should check your delivery immediately and report any damages to Paddock Farm within an hour of receiving the order. Some customers choose to sign by writing "Unchecked" in addition to their name to allow for additional time.
Paddock Farm denies any liability for any consequential loss caused by damaged or faulty items, delay in dispatch or delays by carriers. We do not accept any liability involving third party contractors and would advise that no arrangements be made for installation until you have received your order.
